Please be aware that October dates are extremely popular and book well in advance. Each year, only one couple has the exclusive honor of working with me on Halloween/Samhain - this rare experience offers a deeply meaningful ceremony, crafted by a Salem Witch, harnessing the powerful energy of the holiday and the season.

✨ October Weekdays (Mondays-Thursdays): $1,000

✨ October Weekends (Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays): $1,200

Booking Basics (The Short Version)

To reserve your ceremony date on my calendar, booking requires a signed contract and a 50% retainer deposit. This immediately secures your date, and includes access to my planning guidance, professional recommendations, and collaborative support throughout the process. The remaining balance is due two weeks prior to your ceremony.

A confirmed ceremony date is required to book. However, your ceremony time and location do not need to be finalized at the time of contract, and if your date changes in the future, I’m happy to work with you to adjust (pending availability) and update the contract accordingly.

Once your contract is signed and your retainer is received, your booking with Witchy Woman Weddings is officially secured... and we can begin crafting a magical, meaningful ceremony together!
