My pricing reflects seasonality, demand, and availability throughout the year.


Unlike many officiants, I don’t raise my fees based on guest count or tack on extra charges for every little “add-on.” My officiation services are offered at a flat rate, with clearly defined additional fees only for optional services such as rehearsals or extended travel... no nickel-and-diming, no surprises.

Client Investment (Based on Ceremony Date)*

🖤 January 1 - September 30 or November 1 - December 31: $800

🖤 October Weekdays (Mondays - Thursdays): $1,000

🖤 October Weekends (Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays): $1,200

🖤 October 31 (Halloween/Samhain): $2,000

Booking & Payment Details

If you feel I’m the right officiant for your ceremony and you’re ready to make it official, booking requires a signed contract and a retainer deposit of 50% of my fee. This guarantees my availability and includes my services, guidance, and consulting throughout the planning process.

A confirmed ceremony date is required to book; however, the exact location and time can be finalized later. The remaining balance is due two weeks before your ceremony.

Travel, Rehearsals & Site Visits

For ceremonies, rehearsals, or site visits within 50 miles of my office in Salem, there are no additional travel fees. For locations beyond 50 miles, travel is billed at $1 per mile. Events more than 100 miles from Salem may also require coverage of lodging expenses for an overnight stay.

If you would like me to attend an online ceremony rehearsal, an in-person rehearsal, or a venue or site tour, an additional fee of $200 applies. For rehearsals or tours located more than 50 miles from my office in Salem, the $1-per-mile travel fee applies for each trip.

All travel, rehearsal, and site visit fees are calculated, invoiced, and paid in full prior to any related travel or activity.

I am especially passionate about working with LGBTQ+ couples and with those who may not see themselves represented in traditional wedding spaces. Love is love, and every couple deserves to be celebrated authentically, without expectation, limitation, or assumption. Your identities, relationship, and choices are honored fully and respectfully.

I work with local couples as well as couples traveling from across the United States – and beyond. For destination weddings and elopements here in Salem, I serve as a knowledgeable guide and trusted resource, offering customized advice to help you and your guests plan a smooth, memorable experience.

Up to three dedicated planning consultations
Includes up to three scheduled meetings (online, by phone, or in person) for consultation, collaboration, creative brainstorming, and Q&A.

Ongoing support and collaborative planning

Unlimited email communication is included throughout the planning process, so you’re never left wondering or waiting. From early brainstorming to last-minute logistics, support is always available when you need it.

Guidance, expertise, and professional insight
You’ll benefit from my years of experience in weddings and event planning. If needed, I can offer practical guidance around ceremony flow, timing, logistics, marriage license considerations, travel planning, and event details – particularly helpful for nontraditional ceremonies, elopements, and destination weddings.

Curated recommendations and insider resources (available upon request)
I’ve spent countless hours building curated lists of venues, vendors, and service providers. When helpful, I can share recommendations for caterers, bartenders, florists, bakers, photographers, videographers, DJs, lighting professionals, rental companies, hair and makeup artists, and more – saving you time, stress, and hours of independent research.

A guided planning experience that helps bring your vision into focus

Six weeks before your ceremony, you’ll receive a thoughtfully designed questionnaire through an easy-to-use online form. The questions are crafted to help you explore your preferences, clarify your ideas, and discover what feels right for you. Your responses – along with our conversations and my creative expertise – become the foundation I use to bring your dream ceremony to life.

 

Incorporation of meaningful rituals and symbolic elements
If you’d like to include unity rituals or symbolic elements, I can incorporate as many as you choose. There are many options to choose from, including handfasting, ring warming, unity candles, sand ceremonies, whiskey blending, jumping the broom, a quaich or loving cup ritual, unity painting, an oathing stone, a peanut butter and jelly ritual, or even a sword exchange – but you’re never limited to these ideas. If you’re drawn to ritual but not sure what fits, I’m always happy to offer suggestions and help you create something that feels uniquely yours.

Advance review and refinement of your ceremony script

In the week leading up to your ceremony, you’ll receive a draft of your ceremony script by email for review. From there, you’ll have the opportunity to request any edits or refinements to ensure everything feels authentic, comfortable, and true to your vision.

 

Professional officiation with warmth, presence, and confidence
On the day of your ceremony, I officiate with warmth, care, and calm authority – holding the space, guiding each moment, and bringing your ceremony to life with intention, clarity, and professionalism.

Professional handling of legal documentation (where applicable)
I’m authorized by the government to perform legal marriages and will handle completing and signing your marriage license, making sure everything is properly taken care of and submitted in accordance with local laws and procedures.

Simple, secure online booking and payment
Your contract, invoices, and payments are all handled online for ease and convenience. I accept credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express), ACH (eCheck), Apple Pay, and Google Pay – all securely processed through Stripe for a smooth, straightforward experience.
