While some officiants have complicated packages and pricing that shifts with every detail, I like to keep things easy. One flat fee, no hidden costs - just a beautiful, personalized ceremony from start to finish.

​Please note that October is my busiest month, with dates often booking out a year or more in advance. For Halloween/Samhain, I officiate just one ceremony per year - making it an exceptionally exclusive experience for the couple who secures it.

✨ October Weekdays (Mondays - Thursdays): $800

✨ October Weekends (Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays): $1,000

If you feel I am the right officiant for your ceremony and are ready to make it official, a signed contract and a retainer deposit of 50% of my fee are required. This guarantees my availability and includes my services, guidance, and consulting throughout the planning process. A confirmed ceremony date is required to book, but the exact location and time can be finalized later. The remaining balance is due two weeks before your ceremony.

For ceremonies taking place within 50 miles of my office in Salem, I do not charge additional travel fees. For ceremonies taking place more than 50 miles away, an additional travel fee of $1 per mile will be charged. Ceremonies taking place more than 100 miles away may require an overnight stay and incur additional expenses, including lodging. 

 

If you would like me to attend an online ceremony rehearsal, an in-person ceremony rehearsal, or a venue/site tour, an additional fee of $200 will be charged. If your ceremony rehearsal or venue/site tour takes place more than 50 miles away from my office in Salem, an additional travel fee of $1 per mile will also be charged for each trip made.

Please note that all travel fees, rehearsal fees, and site/venue tour fees will be calculated, invoiced, and paid in full by the client in advance of any related travel or activity.

For payments, I accept credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, or American Express), ACH (eCheck), Apple Pay, or Google Pay, all processed through Stripe.

We reserve the right to change our prices at any time without further notice; however, if you have completed our booking process (signed contract returned + retainer deposit paid), we will honor the price at the time of booking. Dates are not guaranteed until we receive both a signed contract and a retainer deposit.
